When we stand in front of the house, the luxurious appearance is striking. The white-painted walls radiate towards us and behind the neat iron grille we have a view of the first terrace with beautiful tiles. The first look is already good, but does not fully reveal what kind of space and luxury we will encounter in this house. Let's take a look.

From the terrace we walk via a beautifully designed staircase to the house. We come here on a second terrace where you can also enjoy the sun behind glass in winter. From there we enter the house where we take a quiet walk around.

To the right of the stairs to the lower and upper floors we find the large, stylishly designed living room. The light floor, white doors and walls and the abundance of natural light that enters through the windows, give the whole a very spacious and pleasant atmosphere. The living room has enough space for a sitting area and a dining area. Can you imagine sitting here in front of your fireplace with a good book and a nice glass of wine in winter?

We walk back through the room and then enter the large kitchen. What a space we find here. This kitchen is fully equipped, and the modern decor gives an attractive and luxurious look at the same time. Next to the kitchen we find a toilet room and if we walk along the stairs we enter the garage where you can easily park your car and have space to store materials.

Now let's go down. The house has a basement, where we find, among other things, a second living room and a place where you can do gym or yoga exercises. Would you like to freshen up afterwards? You can do that in the adjoining shower.

The three bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms can be found on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and between the two rear bedrooms you will find a large wardrobe that can be reached from both bedrooms. All bedrooms have large windows, and one of the bedrooms has access to a roof terrace from which you have a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding mountains. Supongamos que quieres mudarte al soleado sur de España.
Te gusta el espacio, la tranquilidad y el lujo, pero también la comodidad de un típico pueblo español donde puedes disfrutar de un paseo por las calles estrechas, comer tapas en uno de los bares o comprar frutas y verduras frescas en el mercado semanal.
No es necesario que vivas en la costa, pero sí quieres poder disfrutar del lujo de una hermosa casa y de la auténtica vida española tan característica de Andalucía durante todo el año. Luego buscas un lugar donde puedas encontrar todo esto. Y encontré este lugar para ti en el corazón del pueblo blanco de montaña de Vélez Blanco.

Cuando nos paramos frente a la casa, llama la atención su aspecto lujoso. Las paredes pintadas de blanco irradian hacia nosotros y detrás de la cuidada reja de hierro tenemos una vista de la primera terraza con hermosos azulejos. El primer vistazo ya es bueno, pero no revela completamente qué tipo de espacio y lujo encontraremos en esta casa. Vamos a ver.

Desde la terraza caminamos por una escalera bellamente diseñada hasta la casa. Llegamos aquí a una segunda terraza donde también se puede disfrutar del sol detrás de un cristal en invierno. Desde allí entramos a la casa donde damos un tranquilo paseo por los alrededores.

A la derecha de las escaleras que conducen a las plantas inferior y superior encontramos el gran salón de elegante diseño. El suelo luminoso, puertas y paredes blancas y la abundancia de luz natural que entra por los ventanales, dotan al conjunto de un ambiente muy amplio y agradable. El salón tiene espacio suficiente para una zona de estar y un comedor. ¿Te imaginas sentado aquí frente a tu chimenea con un buen libro y una buena copa de vino en invierno?

Regresamos a la habitación y luego entramos a la gran cocina. Vaya espacio que encontramos aquí. Esta cocina está totalmente equipada y la decoración moderna le da un aspecto atractivo y lujoso al mismo tiempo. Al lado de la cocina encontramos un cuarto de aseo y si subimos las escaleras accedemos al garaje donde podrás aparcar fácilmente tu coche y tener espacio para guardar materiales.

Ahora bajemos. La casa consta de sótano, donde encontramos, entre otras cosas, un segundo salón y un lugar donde poder hacer ejercicios de gimnasio o yoga. ¿Quieres refrescarte después? Puedes hacerlo en la ducha contigua.

Los tres dormitorios y dos baños totalmente equipados se encuentran en el primer piso. Uno de los dormitorios tiene baño privado y entre los dos dormitorios traseros encontrará un gran armario al que se puede acceder desde ambos dormitorios. Todos los dormitorios tienen grandes ventanales y uno de ellos tiene acceso a una azotea desde donde se tiene una hermosa vista del pueblo y las montañas circundantes. Finalmente, encontrarás otra habitación en la planta superior donde podrás hacer un dormitorio extra, un estudio o una sala de relajación según tus propios deseos.
