This has its own entrance door that gives you access to the central hall. On the right side of the hall we have the cozy lounge with central heating. Opposite the lounge we have the fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a wood burning stove.
Through the hallway we finally reach the spacious bedroom with air conditioning, central heating and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. In the bedroom we also find a storage space.
This room also has an entrance door that takes you into the garden where you immediately reach the beautiful swimming pool and a covered terrace.
We also have a garage here where you can easily park 1 car, as well as a spacious storage room where the wood is currently stored.

The site is completely enclosed and the house is equipped with double glazing and fly screens throughout.

El apartamento/residencia vacacional totalmente independiente consta de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño en suite, vestíbulo, cocina totalmente equipada y zona de estar. Toda la casa dispone de calefacción central, doble acristalamiento con mosquiteras y aire acondicionado en la casa de invitados.

La Residencia Principal:
Entramos a la residencia principal a través de la puerta corredera de cristal y accedemos al acogedor y luminoso salón de verano. Está equipado con una estufa de leña para las noches más frescas de invierno. Frente a la puerta corredera de cristal por donde acabamos de entrar, tenemos otra puerta corredera de cristal que nos lleva a la otra parte del jardín.
Cuando ahora pasamos a este salón, accedemos al salón/comedor. Esta habitación está equipada con un ventilador de techo y una estufa de pellets que también controla la calefacción central de toda la casa. Junto al lado derecho del comedor tenemos la cocina totalmente equipada con calefacción central, lavavajillas, cocina de gas, microondas y frigorífico con congelador.
Si salimos del salón-comedor accedemos a un pasillo donde tenemos un amplio dormitorio con calefacción central y ventilador de techo. Un poco más adelante caminamos por un amplio pasillo que tiene espacio de almacenamiento a ambos lados y conduce al baño totalmente equipado con ducha, inodoro, lavabo, bidet y donde hay espacio para una lavadora.
Si ahora volvemos por el pasillo, accedemos al vestíbulo de entrada/zona de estar. Aquí también encontramos una puerta de acceso al alojamiento vacacional.
El alojamiento de vacaciones:
Este tiene su propia puerta de entrada que te da acceso al hall central. En el lado derecho del pasillo tenemos el acogedor salón con calefacción central. Frente al salón tenemos la cocina totalmente equipada con horno, placa de gas, lavadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico y estufa de leña.
A través del pasillo llegamos finalmente al amplio dormitorio con aire acondicionado, calefacción central y baño en suite con ducha, WC, lavabo y bidet. En el dormitorio también encontramos un espacio de almacenamiento.
Esta habitación también tiene una puerta de entrada que le lleva al jardín donde inmediatamente llega a la hermosa piscina y a una terraza cubierta.
También tenemos aquí un garaje donde se puede aparcar fácilmente 1 coche, así como un amplio trastero donde actualmente se guarda la leña.

El sitio está completamente cerrado y la casa está equipada con doble acristalamiento y mosquiteras en todas partes.
