Beautiful masia in Alcoy

Mas El Calvo, a masia celebrating its centenary this year. Located in the Font Roja natural park, you will find peace and quiet here. Alcoy, a bustling university town, is a 10-minute drive from the masia. So you can eat out, enjoy theatre performances or grab a terrace on the Plaza de Dins.

Across the road you will find the olive grove. About 80 fully restored olive trees that produce a nice harvest every year and after pressing you can enjoy delicious olive oil.

You could easily make a two-bedroom flat in the yoga room and turn the two new bedrooms into a living room/kitchen and bedroom.
