Chris responded promptly and we set up a mutually convenient time to meet up. Chris took the time to help us establish our budget as well as our requirements and took us out to view a few properties. Over the course of the morning, Chris helped us clarify our thinking and took us to a property that we immediately felt was the right one for us. Following the acceptance of our offer, Chris advised us accurately with regards to the process and what to expect. The whole purchase was completed within a month, from offer to collecting the keys.What also stands out is the level of ‘follow up care’ that we have received. We had a few additions and alterations that we wished to make to our new home and Chris’s wife Jane (who runs the property management side of the business) was invaluable in helping us to source quotations and to organise the work, so that everything was lined up to take place during the first week after we picked up the keys.Chris and Jane have also been very patient in answering quite a few - random- questions about living and owning property in Spain, such as ‘where can we dispose of used batteries?’ And ‘how do we get rid of old, unwanted furniture?’.On the basis of my own experience, I am entirely happy to recommend Murcia Villas LaManga to anyone looking for property, or property management services in the area.Mary Paget
