The water and electricity supply is from the public grid. In addition, there is a water reserve tank. There is fibre optic internet, double glazed floor to ceiling windows, central air conditioning (hot/cold) as well as pre-installation for underfloor heating. There is a separate laundry room and storage room.

The property is located on the southwest coast of Ibiza, not far from the beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa. The small cove of Cala Codolar is less than 8 minutes walk away. The orientation of the house is southwest, ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Ibiza. The house offers a beautiful view of the sea and Es Vedra from the upper floor and the roof terrace.
