This beautiful cortijo is located in Baza, a 5-minute drive from the motorway which offers easy access in all directions. Due to the location of the cortijo and the plants, there is no noise pollution from the motorway.

Baza is a city located in the north of the province of Granada. It is connected by road on the A-92 north, just 120 km from Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén Airport, bordering the provinces of Jaén, Almería and Murcia.
In Baza you will find absolutely everything. There are schools, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, doctors, DIY stores and numerous bars and restaurants.

Upon arrival at the house, we immediately notice that there are no direct neighbors and that it is completely surrounded by fields. The entire plot is fenced and a large electric gate gives us access to the property. We arrive at the house via a long driveway between palm and olive trees, where there is sufficient parking space for at least 5 cars.

The outside of the cortijo was completely covered with gray natural stone, which provides a striking style. To the left of the cortijo we have an open area where the terraces are located and here we also have the 2 connected swimming pools. On the right we have the entrance door of the house.

When we enter this beautiful cortijo, we immediately enter the enormous living space finished with beautiful natural stone floors and many striking details such as the ceiling, the rear wall of the living space that was partly finished with natural stone and of course the beautiful and imposing spiral staircase in natural stone. In the living room we also find a pellet stove and we see that the pre-installation is present for the central heating.

To the left of the living space we have a fully equipped stylish kitchen with more than enough storage space and equipped with all necessary equipment. Here too, the walls between the cupboards were finished with marble.

On the right side of the living room we have a hall where we find 3 spacious bedrooms, all with natural stone floors and a tasteful bathroom with toilet, bidet, double marble sink and walk-in shower. Here again, the walls and floor were completely covered with marble.

We walk back to the living room and go to the first floor via the marble spiral staircase.
This is a very open space, ideal as a master bedroom and equipped with an open bathroom. In this room we also have access to the enormous roof terrace from which we have a beautiful and breathtaking view of the entire area.

We leave the house and arrive on the enormous terrace where various seating areas have been set up. Here we also find the BBQ and the pizza oven. At the far end of this huge terrace we have the 2 swimming pools. The swimming pools are connected to each other with a small waterfall so that everything can run on 1 filter installation. The swimming pools are also equipped with attractive lighting for the evenings.
Behind the swimming pools we have a large raised concrete platform with waiting pipes, which of course offers many possibilities for expanding the terrace, for example.
When we walk across the enormous plot of olive and palm trees, it is also noticeable that irrigation has been provided for the plants everywhere. The site also has its own water sources. There are also pits with metal lids in many places. This is where we find the water and electricity lines. This is of course extremely easy if you need/want to install pipes.

Este precioso cortijo se encuentra en Baza, a 5 minutos en coche de la autovía que ofrece fácil acceso en todas las direcciones. Debido a la ubicación del cortijo y de las plantas, no hay contaminación acústica procedente de la autovía.

Baza es una ciudad situada al norte de la provincia de Granada. Está comunicado por carretera por la A-92 norte, a tan sólo 120 km del Aeropuerto Federico García Lorca Granada-Jaén, limitando con las provincias de Jaén, Almería y Murcia.
En Baza encontrarás absolutamente de todo. Hay colegios, comercios, supermercados, farmacias, hospitales, médicos, tiendas de bricolaje y numerosos bares y restaurantes.

Al llegar a la casa, enseguida notamos que no hay vecinos directos y que está completamente rodeada de campos. Toda la parcela está vallada y un gran portón eléctrico nos da acceso a la propiedad. Llegamos a la casa por un largo camino entre palmeras y olivos, donde hay suficiente espacio para aparcar al menos 5 coches.

El exterior del cortijo se recubrió completamente con piedra natural gris, lo que aporta un estilo llamativo. A la izquierda del cortijo tenemos una zona abierta donde se ubican las terrazas y aquí también tenemos las 2 piscinas conectadas. A la derecha tenemos la puerta de entrada de la casa.

Cuando entramos a este hermoso cortijo, inmediatamente ingresamos al enorme espacio habitable terminado con hermosos pisos de piedra natural y muchos detalles llamativos como el techo, la pared trasera del espacio habitable que fue parcialmente terminada con piedra natural y por supuesto el hermoso e imponente Escalera de caracol en piedra natural. En el salón también encontramos una estufa de pellet y vemos que está presente la preinstalación de calefacción central.

A la izquierda del salón tenemos una elegante cocina totalmente equipada con espacio de almacenamiento más que suficiente y equipada con todo el equipamiento necesario. También en este caso las paredes entre los armarios estaban revestidas de mármol.

En el lado derecho del salón tenemos un recibidor donde encontramos 3 amplios dormitorios, todos con suelos de piedra natural y un elegante baño con WC, bidet, doble lavabo de mármol y plato de ducha. Aquí también las paredes y el suelo estaban completamente revestidos de mármol.

Regresamos al salón y subimos al primer piso por la escalera de caracol de mármol.
Se trata de un espacio muy diáfano, ideal como dormitorio principal y equipado con un baño abierto. Y como no podía ser de otra manera, aquí también los suelos están revestidos de piedra natural al igual que las paredes del baño. En esta sala también tenemos acceso a la enorme azotea desde la que tenemos una hermosa e impresionante vista de toda la zona.

El cortijo está completamente terminado con altos estándares y con materiales de calidad y equipado con todas las comodidades contemporáneas.

Salimos de la casa y llegamos a la enorme terraza donde se han habilitado varias zonas de descanso. Aquí también encontramos la barbacoa y el horno de pizza. Al fondo de esta enorme terraza tenemos las 2 piscinas. Las piscinas están conectadas entre sí mediante una pequeña cascada, de modo que todo puede funcionar con 1 instalación de filtrado. Las piscinas también están equipadas con una atractiva iluminación para las noches.
Detrás de las piscinas tenemos una gran plataforma elevada de hormigón con tuberías de espera, que por supuesto ofrece muchas posibilidades para, por ejemplo, ampliar la terraza.
