This beautiful cortijo is located just outside Vélez-Rubio.

Vélez-Rubio is a small town surrounded by olive groves, almond fields and wheat fields. In Vélez-Rubio we find absolutely everything, such as pharmacists, doctors, supermarkets, car washes, all kinds of shops, schools and many bars and restaurants.

Upon arrival at the site, we immediately see the Casa Rural sign hanging on the electric gate through which we enter the site.
When we look around upon arrival we are short of eyes. To our left we have a garden house with the casita next to it which is used as Casa Rural, for us the main house with the swimming pool next to it and to our right the tennis court, the petanque court and the outdoor bar with terrace. We also find many trees on the site that provide shade, making it wonderful to relax outside even on hot summer days.

In addition to the outdoor bar with terrace, we go down a few steps and arrive at the enclosed tennis court with the petanque court next to it. These are also wonderfully shaded so you can play tennis or a game of petanque at any time of the day.
At the petanque court we go up a few steps and arrive at the back of the bar. Here we have a building with 2 doors right in front of us. One gives access to the sanitary area and the other to the swimming pool pump installation. The heat pump is located behind this building.

At the rear left of this building we have the swimming pool, which is completely surrounded by a terrace where there is more than enough space for beach chairs and tables. If we follow the road straight from the building we arrive at the rear of the building

Este hermoso cortijo se encuentra a las afueras de Vélez-Rubio.

Vélez-Rubio es un pequeño pueblo rodeado de olivares, campos de almendros y campos de trigo. En Vélez-Rubio encontramos absolutamente de todo, como farmacias, médicos, supermercados, lavaderos de coches, todo tipo de comercios, colegios y multitud de bares y restaurantes.

Al llegar al sitio, inmediatamente vemos el cartel de Casa Rural colgado en el portón eléctrico por el que accedemos al sitio.
Cuando miramos a nuestro alrededor al llegar nos faltan ojos. A nuestra izquierda tenemos una casa de jardín con la casita al lado que se utiliza como Casa Rural, para nosotros la casa principal con la piscina al lado y a nuestra derecha la pista de tenis, la pista de petanca y el bar exterior con terraza. . También encontramos muchos árboles en el sitio que brindan sombra, lo que lo hace maravilloso para relajarse al aire libre incluso en los calurosos días de verano.

Además del bar exterior con terraza, bajamos unos escalones y llegamos a la pista de tenis cerrada con la pista de petanca al lado. Además, cuentan con una maravillosa sombra para que puedas jugar al tenis o a la petanca en cualquier momento del día.
En la pista de petanca subimos unos escalones y llegamos al fondo del bar. Aquí tenemos un edificio con 2 puertas justo enfrente de nosotros. Uno da acceso a la zona sanitaria y el otro a la instalación de bombas de la piscina. La bomba de calor se encuentra detrás de este edificio.

En la parte trasera izquierda de este edificio tenemos la piscina, que está completamente rodeada por una terraza donde hay espacio más que suficiente para sillas y mesas de playa. Si seguimos la carretera directamente desde el edificio llegamos a la parte trasera del edificio.

Aquí tenemos un gran espacio libre con árboles donde es posible, por supuesto con permiso de la ciudad, crear algunas parcelas para autocaravanas. Al fondo de este espacio abierto, por un lado tenemos una casita de jardín de madera y a la derecha hay un terreno cerrado con un gallinero donde podrás tener tus propias gallinas, por ejemplo. Por la última puerta de este recibidor accedemos a la cocina totalmente amueblada y equipada.
