This is such a special house in a stunning location and amazing value for money.  This old Farmhouse which has been completely renovated, and full of history, is built into the mountainside and is 2 minutes drive from the village of Albanchez..  This small authentic village offers Spanish fayre including a bakery, a butcher, supermarket, school and medical centre and also has an array of good bars and restaurants. Albanchez is situated 20 minutes from the market town of Albox.The spacious property retains it´s charm and character throughout, and is a typical "quirky" Spanish property, suitable for a family home or a holiday home/let.  It is set in such a tranquil location, surrounded by mountains, you can hear nothing except birdsong. Driving to this property along the mountain roads, you feel like you are going back in time to an "old" Spain where life was more relaxed, and as well as the traditional village of Albanchez which does offer most things you would need for day to day living, you nevertheless have easy access to the market town of Albox when you fancy a bit more civilisation!The property is accessed from a small staircase upto the front terrace area which is a lovely spot to sit for breakfast looking over "your" mountains. There is also a door from this room to the outside of the property.Up another small flight of stairs with a feature balustrade is the 3rd double bedroom.  If we go outside from the sun room, there is a large upstairs private terraced area with steps down to the downstairs terrace area.  Back upstairs, there is door to a completely self contained bedsit/apartment which would be perfect for visiting family and guests or as an airBnB.  Or if you want to bring the accommodation together, there is the possibility to open it up into the main residence.  In this area, there is a living kitchen with an electric log effect burner, and steps upto a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. All of the rooms in the apartment afford superb views.Further down the steps is a laundry room with sink unit and washing machine.At ground level, the house looks like a typical chocolate box cottage, with three separate doors on this level, and colourful planted rockeries and flower beds. The first door is a workshop/man cave with beamed ceilings.  The 2nd which has a stable door is another workshop store room, or what is known as the "goat" room for obvious reasons.  The third door, is and up and over door leading to the garage and you can also access the goat room from inside the garage.  There is ample room to the side of the property for parking, and this area also has the wood store.  The property has had a new roof, has mains services for water and electricity, and a septic tank.  Furniture is negotiable.  We hold all of the paperwork in the office to identify that the property is fully legal.Viewing is a must for this home which is offered exclusively by BeniHomes as it will not be around for long at this price.
