Este apartamento de buen tamaño y en excelentes condiciones está situado a 2 manzanas de la playa Tamarit en Santa Pola.  Este es un edificio pequeño con sólo 6 apartamentos. Cada apartamento tiene un puesto de parking y un trastero.  El edificio cuenta con ducha y filtro de agua.

El apartamento está en un segundo piso.  Al entrar al apartamento encontrará el dormitorio principal con armario empotrado, un baño en suite con ducha.  Bajando por el pasillo hay 2 dormitorios más, ambos con armarios empotrados.  También hay un segundo baño con ducha. 

Hay una sala de estar/comedor con acceso a un balcón de buen tamaño con vistas a la playa y toldos a su alrededor.  Hay una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, cocina de gas, lavadora, secadora, nevera/congelador.  La cocina tiene acceso directo al balcón y puertas corredizas, lo que ahorra espacio.  La sala de estar está separada del balcón por grandes puertas corredizas.  Hay aire acondicionado/calefacción central en todo el apartamento y ventiladores en cada habitación.

El edificio está cerca de un parque infantil, cancha de baloncesto, restaurantes, bares.  El mercadillo está a 10 minutos a pie y tiene lugar todos los lunes y sábados.  El centro de Santa Pola y el puerto se encuentran a 5 minutos en coche del apartamento.
